A Roof and a Skirt!

The roof on the new structure is almost done, and today they are re-roofing the old structure. We chose to run a 'skirt' around the mid section of the new part of the house, to tie it in with the roof of the existing house.

Here's a view of the new roof (top) and the 'skirt.' Also the gable over the back porch.


Here you can see them re-roofing the existing house in the front.




They are still pulling tiles off of the existing roof. They will cover with plywood before applying new tiles.
